Your statement will be mailed approximately three weeks before your payment due date. You can also view your statement online. You can pay online anytime. However, you should plan to make your online payment at least two (2) business days before the due date. This helps ensure the payment is posted by your due date and helps build a positive credit history. Here's how to do it:

   1. On the studentloan.com homepage, select 'Manage Your Account'.

   2. Select Pay Online.

   3. Pay Online listed all of your student loan accounts with an amount currently due. Review your summary and decide which account to pay. Click the 'Pay' button.

   4. If you have an address on file that is outside the U.S., you will have the option to pay online using a checking account with a U.S. based financial institution or using a credit card through our partner, PayPal.

   5. If you elect to pay with a credit card, you will be referred to the PayPal website. We will send the details of your account payment to PayPal using a secure connection. This will ensure the confidentiality of your student loan account information and that your payment is posted to your account quickly and accurately.

   6. Complete the steps for submitting your online credit card payment on the PayPal web site.

   7. After completing your payment, click 'Continue', and you will be returned to studentloan.com. If you have more than one account due, repeat these steps for each additional account you wish to pay online.
